Without hesitation they installed a metal cover on our chimney to help keep heat in our home while we waited for the damper cap to arrive. I would like to make a comment on the entire crews demeanor as well. I have a rug in our front foyer of our home and every single crew member made it a point to make sure they walked AROUND it. I wouldn't of cared if they had stepped on it but they were very courteous and mindful of my home and property and that to me makes me trust them in my home.
